This Clarendon home offers spaces galore that invite family living
Chiefly 40 - Rawson (Estimate of $665K) Phoenix 37 - Metricon (Estimate of $635K) Mosman 50 - Clarendon (Estimate of $675K) When I compare these homes and their base prices, Rawson and Metricon are of similar prices for homes of similar size, but Clarendon seems odd to me. Their Mosman 50 is a big house, which a lot of amenities we like, but.

Social life here is not good — that's kind of the point of reston in my opinion. There's a lot of families here. Most nights, I find myself either going downtown or to Arlington anyways. Poor workmenship and warranty. (QLD, Loganholme) We built 2 homes with Clarendon, one of them is an investment property built in mid 2017. We were actually happy with Clarendon's service during the pre- and mid-construction stages, but post- construction/warranty is a different story.
